Improving Process Efficiency
and Reducing Worker Fatigue
Cuchen announced on the 16th that it has established an automation system by introducing a palletizing robot for packaging and stacking automation on the rice cooker line at its Cheonan factory.
The palletizing robot stacks products or boxes on pallets according to their size and arrangement in manufacturing processes or logistics warehouses, enhancing the efficiency of processing and logistics operations.
Cuchen introduced the palletizing robot to reduce worker fatigue that may occur during packaging and stacking processes. It automates processes such as box stacking, logistics barcode and box sticker attachment, and barcode reading. By minimizing heavy lifting and repetitive tasks, the company aims to create a safer and more comfortable working environment for employees.
Additionally, a two-way interlocking system that monitors the production line will be established. This allows not only automated stacking control but also real-time monitoring and analysis of the processes.
A Cuchen representative stated, "We will continue to seek manufacturing process solutions that can improve worker efficiency and productivity."
