Until June 30, New and Transferred Customers Eligible... First Come, First Served 20,000 KRW Cashback
No Restrictions on Housing Subscription Accounts or Property Types, Up to 3.1% Annual Interest Rate Offered
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) is holding the "Apply for a Housing Subscription Account with Busan Bank GOGOssing" event until June 30.
This event targets customers who newly open a Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings Account or Youth Housing Dream Subscription Account, or those who transfer their existing Housing Subscription Deposit or Installment Savings from any bank, including Busan Bank, to Busan Bank's Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings Account.
The first 2,500 customers to participate in the event will receive a 20,000 KRW cashback. However, the new subscription amount must be at least 20,000 KRW, an automatic transfer of at least 20,000 KRW per month must be set up, and the account must be maintained until July 15.
Additionally, new Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings Accounts must be opened through Busan Bank's mobile banking, and existing Housing Subscription Deposit or Installment Savings holders must visit a Busan Bank branch to convert their accounts to be eligible for the event.
Previously, Housing Subscription Deposit and Installment Savings could only be used for private housing subscriptions, but the Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings Account allows applications for all types of housing, including public and private housing. The maximum interest rate is 3.1% per year (up to 4.5% for the Youth Housing Dream Subscription Account), and income tax deductions are available if certain conditions such as annual income are met.
The Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings Account can be opened at any financial institution by any individual (including overseas Koreans with a domestic residence) or foreign resident, regardless of age, with a limit of one account per person. The Youth Housing Dream Subscription Account is available to non-homeowners aged 19 to 34 whose previous year's reported income is 50 million KRW or less.
For more details about the event, please refer to the event page on the Busan Bank mobile banking app or the Busan Bank website.
Kim Jongseon, Head of the Housing and Urban Fund Team at Busan Bank, said, "The Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings Account is a national asset management product with many advantages such as applying for housing subscriptions, income tax deductions, and saving for a lump sum." He added, "We will continue to support customers in preparing to purchase their own homes and provide benefits through various events in the future."
