From the 9th to the 10th, the agency carried out safety inspections of three public facilities, including Centum Venture Town and Busan Culture Contents Complex, focusing on both the interior and exterior of the buildings as well as outdoor advertisements. This inspection was a preventive measure aimed at identifying and addressing potential hazards and risks that could threaten public safety in advance.
This inspection was conducted in connection with the agency's risk assessment and regular safety patrol schedule, in accordance with its safety management responsibility plan. Through this, a multi-layered inspection system was established, enhancing the effectiveness of accident prevention.
As a result of the inspection, minor issues were promptly addressed, while matters requiring more budget and time will be continuously monitored and improved in phases according to a reinforcement plan.
Kim Taeyeol, President of the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency, said, "We will do our utmost to ensure that key facilities used by Busan citizens remain safe spaces through this inspection."
