Expansion Across All Sectors Including Construction, Legal, and Leisure
Booyoung Group, the largest private rental housing company in Korea, announced on the 15th that it will recruit talent on a double-digit scale. It will hire new executives in three sectors: construction, legal, and leisure, while also recruiting both entry-level and experienced positions.
The recruitment fields include construction-related roles such as architecture, civil engineering, design, electrical, facilities, materials, environment, and safety, as well as general management positions including sales, building sales, housing management, IT, and legal affairs.
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher (including expected graduates). There must be no restrictions on overseas travel. Preference will be given to those with relevant certifications and foreign language skills. Work locations include Booyoung Housing and domestic and international affiliates corresponding to each recruitment sector.
Applications will be accepted on the Booyoung Group website from today until 6 p.m. on the 25th. Final candidates will be selected through document screening and interviews.
A Booyoung Group representative stated, "Despite the difficult construction market conditions, we aim to enhance corporate competitiveness by securing outstanding talent while also contributing to alleviating youth unemployment."
Booyoung Group has gained attention for its unprecedented welfare policy of providing 100 million KRW to employees upon childbirth. In addition to basic welfare such as children's tuition, immediate family medical expenses, and family allowances, the company operates various welfare programs including resort and golf course use, language support, health checkups, flu vaccinations, and providing two meals a day.
Booyoung Group has played the role of a "housing ladder" by supplying 230,000 rental housing units out of approximately 300,000 households. It has also been actively engaged in domestic and international social contributions, with cumulative donations reaching 1.2 trillion KRW.
