Sejong Recruits Foreign Attorney Aleksei Stukalov,
Expert in Russian and Former Soviet Trade Disputes
Law firm Sejong recently recruited foreign attorney Aleksei Stukalov, an expert in resolving international trade disputes involving Russia and former Soviet countries.
According to Sejong on the 15th, Attorney Stukalov earned his master's and doctoral degrees in Russian civil law from Moscow State Law University. He has worked at Phoenix Law Firm, Yakoblev & Partners, and the Moscow office of Spiecht & Partners. He is a legal expert active in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in international commerce, pharmaceuticals, and media sectors, infrastructure projects, real estate investment structuring, and cross-border dispute resolution. He has provided diverse legal advice to Russian and overseas clients for over 10 years.
From 2022 to 2024, he also served as chairman of the Moscow Corporate Rights Protection Committee at the Russian Bar Association. He is fluent in Korean as well.
