The district removed the restriction that social economy enterprises could only apply for loans up to 35% of the previous year's sales and expanded the loan limit to allow up to 100 million KRW per enterprise, with an annual interest rate of 1%.
In addition, even if repayment of the Social Economy Activation Fund loan is in progress, the support target has been expanded to allow additional loans within the loan limit. Social economy enterprises interested in the program can visit the Eunpyeong-gu Office Job and Economy Division with documents such as a loan application, business plan, and certificate of full payment of national (local) taxes. Support decisions will be made through a review process.
For more details, check the notices and announcements on the Eunpyeong-gu website or contact the Eunpyeong-gu Office Job and Economy Division at 02-351-6826.
District Mayor Kim Mi-kyung said, "I hope this loan plan change will provide practical support to social economy enterprises that feel burdened by securing operating funds due to the rise in market interest rates."
