Danggeun announced on the 15th that it will hold the 'Hangang Treasure Hunt Run' with the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
The Hangang Treasure Hunt Run is an offline running event where groups of two or more Danggeun members form teams to find treasure boxes hidden along the Hangang walking trails and earn rewards.
This event was organized with the purpose of contributing to solving social issues of loneliness and isolation among citizens through Danggeun groups, following the business agreement signed by both parties in December last year for a 'Loneliness-Free Seoul.'

The event will be held for about two weeks from the 24th of this month to the 11th of next month, targeting the first 10,000 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone residing in the Seoul area can participate. To join, participants can create a new running group or join an existing group with their preferred schedule and course through the 'Ongoing Events' banner.
The running courses are operated in four types: ▲ Banpo Short Course (3.1km) ▲ Banpo Long Course (5km) ▲ Mangwon Short Course (2.4km) ▲ Ttukseom Long Course (5.3km). Each course consists of a departure zone, hint zone, and treasure zone in order. Participants scan QR codes of the 'Danggeuni' and 'Haechi' characters hidden throughout the site, and by using the clues obtained, they find the treasure boxes and receive a certain amount of Danggeun Money as an immediate reward.
A Danggeun official stated, "Going forward, Danggeun groups will continuously create opportunities to expand meetings and communication among neighbors."
