County Governor Kim Soonho Nominates Gangjin and Goheung County Governors as Next Relay Challenge Participants
Gurye County in Jeollanam-do announced on the 14th that it is participating in the 'Mayor and County Governor Relay Challenge' to ensure the successful hosting of the 2025 National Sports for All Festival, which will be held throughout Jeollanam-do.
This challenge targets cities and counties assigned to host festival events, aiming to raise nationwide interest and create excitement for the competition.

The 2025 National Sports for All Festival will be held at 57 venues across 20 cities and counties in Jeollanam-do. In Gurye County, a Ssireum (traditional Korean wrestling) competition is scheduled to take place at Gurye Indoor Gymnasium over two days, April 26-27, with more than 400 participants from 15 city and provincial teams and officials expected to attend.
County Governor Kim Soonho stated, "We will do our utmost to ensure the 2025 National Sports for All Festival, a venue for unity and celebration among sports enthusiasts nationwide, is held successfully," and nominated the governors of Gangjin County and Goheung County to continue the next relay challenge.
