Kim Hyunjung, President of Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, Conducts On-Site Management in Busan

On the morning of the 14th, Kim Hyunjung, President of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, visited the Busan Regional Headquarters to share his management philosophy and hold a conversation with employees, practicing a communication-centered, on-site CEO management style.

First, based on the current status of industrial accidents in the Busan area, he discussed the safety and health initiatives and measures of the Busan Regional Headquarters aimed at reducing fatal accidents. He emphasized the need to actively promote occupational accident prevention projects that resonate with all workers on the frontlines, including vulnerable groups such as foreign and elderly workers, and called for continuous feedback to strengthen on-site effectiveness.


Later, through a dialogue with employees, he presented a paradigm shift in safety and health that balances safety and speed, and urged everyone to take pride in their work and diligently contribute to building the world’s leading K-Industrial Safety and Health System.


Kim Hyunjung stated, "Through this on-site management, I was able to share the expertise of our employees and gain deep insights into current issues in industrial safety and health." He pledged to work together with employees to eliminate blind spots in accident prevention and to focus all efforts on establishing the K-Industrial Safety and Health System.
