Samsung C&T's next-generation residential platform 'Homenic' will provide services not only to Raemian but also to apartment complexes of other brands.
Samsung C&T announced on the 14th that it will apply Homenic to HS Hwaseong's 'Pyeongtaek Seokjeong Park Hwaseong Park Dream,' which is scheduled for occupancy in July. Residents of this complex will be able to use services equivalent to those applied in Samsung C&T's Raemian apartments, such as controlling home Internet of Things (IoT) devices and reserving community facilities within the complex.
This contract is part of the smart residential service cooperation agreement signed between Samsung C&T and HS Hwaseong in August last year. Both companies plan to continue their collaboration on smart residential service technologies.
A Samsung C&T official stated, "We will strive to expand the smart home ecosystem through cooperation with various construction companies and partners beyond Raemian, providing innovative residential value to many customers."
