The Korea Real Estate Board announced on the 14th that it has signed a business agreement with Gwangmyeong City to support the revitalization of aging residential area redevelopment projects. They agreed to establish an organic cooperation system related to ongoing redevelopment projects. The Real Estate Board plans to exchange redevelopment project policies through the Future City Support Center and the Small-scale Housing Redevelopment Integrated Support Center (Sotong Center). Additionally, they will provide support such as specialized consultation for redevelopment projects, verification of estimated contributions, management disposition plans, construction costs, pre-consultation for construction cost contracts, and dispatching experts to resolve construction cost disputes in redevelopment zones. Son Tae-rak, President of the Real Estate Board, stated, "We will help revitalize redevelopment projects by establishing a continuous cooperative system with related organizations."
