IBK Industrial Bank announced that it will hold the 'Innovation Leader Camp' for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) managers at the IBK Chungju Training Center from the 14th to the 18th.
The 'Innovation Leader Camp' was organized to respond to the government's 'Growth Ladder' policy aimed at nurturing SMEs into mid-sized companies and to realize IBK Bank President Kim Sung-tae's management philosophy of 'Value Finance.'
According to IBK Bank's own survey, many SME CEOs believe that strengthening managerial capabilities is essential for growing from SMEs to mid-sized companies, but they face difficulties due to a lack of both quantitative and qualitative managerial manpower.
To address these management challenges faced by SME CEOs, IBK Bank emphasized that the 'Innovation Leader Camp' will provide case- and practice-centered training to substantially improve managers' planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
An IBK Bank official stated, "For the sustainable growth of SMEs, the role of managers who lead innovation is more important than anything else," adding, "We hope that through this camp, key talents in SMEs will grow into innovation leaders with an integrated management mindset."
