Focus AI (formerly Focus HNS) announced on the 14th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for technical and business cooperation with Luxrobo, a company specializing in AI-based robotics and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.

The two companies aim to combine their technological capabilities to strengthen competitiveness in the video security and IoT sectors and establish a cooperative system for developing innovative products.
In particular, they plan to collaborate in △ product development and supply cooperation in the video security field △ product development and supply cooperation in IoT, mobility, and AI fields △ sharing specific technical data necessary for product development and mutual joint development cooperation △ and other areas requiring mutual cooperation.
Since its establishment in 2014, Luxrobo has been engaged in the educational robot business, starting with the development of a Micro Operating System (Micro OS). The company has since expanded its business into the Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things (AIoT) sector, strengthening its market position mainly with large corporate clients.
The core technology, MODI Operating System (MODI OS), is compatible among microcontrollers (MCUs) and offers high accessibility. Together with AI electronic circuit design automation technology, it is a solution that significantly improves product development efficiency.
