Ranked First for Three Consecutive Years Including 2023 and 2024
Surveyed Over 50,000 People in 34 Countries, Evaluating 385 Major Banks Worldwide
Achieved First Place in Five Out of Seven Evaluation Categories
Toss Bank announced on the 14th that it has ranked first in the domestic category for this year as well, following 2023 and 2024, in 'The World's Best Banks 2025' selected by the U.S. economic media Forbes.
This survey was conducted by Forbes in collaboration with the global market research firm Statista, targeting over 50,000 financial consumers across 34 countries worldwide, evaluating 385 major banks globally based on the '2025 Global Bank Customer Satisfaction Survey.'
The rankings were evaluated not simply by asset size or performance but based on customers' actual experiences and satisfaction, integrating data from the past three years to reflect sustainable customer-centric management achievements.
The survey included items such as ▲overall customer satisfaction, ▲willingness to recommend to acquaintances, as well as detailed evaluations of five categories: ▲trustworthiness, ▲terms of use (fees and conditions), ▲customer service, ▲digital services, and ▲financial advisory.
Toss Bank ranked first in five of the seven categories (customer satisfaction, willingness to recommend, terms of use, customer service, digital services), notably achieving the highest score in the 'digital services' category. This demonstrated superiority in the quality of digital experiences directly felt by customers, including intuitive design of the bank’s website and mobile application (app), ease of information navigation, and functionality.
Since its launch in October 2021, Toss Bank has implemented simplicity and intuitiveness throughout its product and service design. Additionally, features like 'Get Interest Now,' which allows customers to receive interest whenever they want, and 'Together Loan,' a co-prosperity model with regional banks?the first of its kind in the banking sector?have been recognized as innovative attempts overturning conventional financial industry practices.
As a result, Toss Bank surpassed 12 million customers within three and a half years of its launch.
