Law firm Bae, Kim & Lee published a book titled "Understanding Workplace Harassment through Q&A" on the 14th, compiling the contents organized after handling about 300 cases since the enforcement of the Workplace Harassment Act.
The book consists of three chapters. Chapter 1 covers the criteria for determining workplace harassment, Chapter 2 provides guidance on the practical investigation of workplace harassment, and Chapter 3 addresses legal issues related to workplace harassment. In particular, Chapter 3 is composed of case-centered content regarding the relationship between workplace harassment and other systems such as sexual harassment and occupational accidents.
Kim Sang-min, the attorney in charge of Bae, Kim & Lee's HR and labor group, said, "We hope this will be helpful to corporate practitioners and contribute to the establishment of practical work in line with the original purpose of the workplace harassment prohibition system." The "Understanding Workplace Harassment through Q&A" manual will be distributed to major client companies.
