Price Starts at 116.6 Million KRW
Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 14th that it has strengthened its lineup by launching the new entry-level gasoline trim 'GLE 350 4MATIC' of the mid-large sport utility vehicle (SUV) GLE.
With this, Mercedes-Benz Korea has expanded consumer choices by composing the GLE lineup with a total of four trims: ▲GLE 350 4MATIC ▲GLE 450 4MATIC ▲GLE 300 d 4MATIC ▲Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+.
The GLE 350 4MATIC combines an inline 4-cylinder engine with a 9-speed transmission, delivering a maximum output of 258 horsepower and a peak torque of 40.8 kgf·m. Additionally, it is equipped with a 48V mild hybrid system and an integrated starter generator (ISG), which support high additional output and enable quick and smooth engine starts.
The front of the vehicle features standard MultiBeam LED headlights with four divided lighting points and a distinctive signature daytime running light. The rear lamp's internal design is also three-dimensional, completing the rear design. Inside, the chrome-finished central and side air vents give a clean impression.
The vehicle is equipped with advanced driving assistance systems that help ensure stable and comfortable driving both on- and off-road, as well as the latest convenience features preferred by domestic customers. The AIRMATIC package adjusts the damping of each wheel and the vehicle's height according to the driving environment, enhancing driving stability. Additionally, the 'Transparent Bonnet' feature provides a full view including a virtual view of the front lower part of the vehicle, which is out of the driver's sight, helping to easily recognize obstacles ahead during rough terrain driving.
The interior is equipped with the Energizing package, Air Balance package, and the 2nd generation MBUX infotainment system, providing both a comfortable indoor driving environment and an enhanced digital experience. Along with this, the vehicle features the Burmester surround sound system with Dolby Atmos sound applied.
The price of the new trim GLE 350 4MATIC is 116.6 million KRW.
