Audi Korea announced on the 14th that its official dealer, Gojin Motors, has relocated and expanded the 'Audi Cheongju Service Center' and newly opened it.
The Audi Cheongju Service Center has a total floor area of 1,222.2㎡ and is equipped with three work bays. It features the latest maintenance equipment and a large customer lounge. Located within about 20 minutes by car from major highways such as Cheongju IC, Namcheongju IC, and Seocheongju IC, it enhances accessibility and convenience not only for customers in Cheongju but also for those in nearby areas.
This center provides services for the maintenance of Audi vehicles, including regular inspections, general repairs, and accident repairs. Professional technicians with over 10 years of Audi maintenance experience are stationed on-site, ensuring specialized maintenance services.
This year, Audi Korea has established a network expansion strategy based on partnerships with dealers. The plan is to continuously expand the service network and increase customer touchpoints so that customers can receive premium services and vehicle usage experiences even after purchasing their vehicles.
Including the renewal opening of the Jinju Service Center and the relocation and expansion opening of the Cheongju Service Center this year, the company plans to increase the number of service centers from 33 at the end of 2024 to 37 within 2025.
The Audi Cheongju Service Center operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
