Sampyo Group operates a self-library at the Ima Building Business Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul, where its headquarters are located. Any employee can borrow or return books through a QR code. There is also a 'CEO's Library Program' that recommends meaningful books that the CEO keeps and reads in their study. Through this, employees can borrow books recommended by the group and each affiliate's representatives free of charge.

Sampyo also operates an electronic library for employees who cannot visit the self-library. This is to support employees in freely accessing new books and other materials anytime and anywhere via PC, smartphone, or tablet without time or space restrictions.

The 'Sampyo Culture Warehouse,' which delivers tickets for concerts, plays, and other performances to employees, is also attracting attention. Employees leave their expectations about performances on BlueSam, Sampyo Group's groupware, and tickets are gifted through a lottery. At the end of last year, about 50 employees from each affiliate won and attended a Christmas concert.

The 'Jeonhaedeurim' event, which conveys gratitude on behalf of employees who are usually too busy or shy to express thanks, is also receiving positive responses. When participating in the event, gifts and messages are delivered together to the person the participant wants to express their feelings to. Gifts can be chosen from various options such as snack trucks, holiday ancestral ritual tables, maternity products, and sports game tickets.

Along with this, Sampyo Group actively supports in-house club activities to promote employee harmony and morale. More than 20 clubs are active, including the group’s representative volunteer club BlueHug, Sampyo Mountaineering Club, BlueStones (baseball), and BlueFoot (soccer).

A Sampyo Group official said, "We are striving to spread a creative organizational culture with the goal of making a great workplace," adding, "We will continue to prepare various types of events to expand communication opportunities and boost morale among employees."
