Second MOU Signed with AI Companies
Proposing a Step-by-Step Approach to Accelerate AI Business Transformation
Innocean Launches Proprietary AI Solution 'AiINN'
Innocean announced on the 14th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the 'AI Alliance' to collaborate on AI projects with nine domestic and international companies possessing outstanding technology in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). This is the second MOU following the first AI Alliance established in October last year. Innocean plans to accelerate business initiatives related to AI transformation in partnership with AI specialized companies.
The AI Alliance signing ceremony held at Innocean’s headquarters in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, was attended by CEO Lee Yong-woo of Innocean and executives from AI-related companies. Attendees included Kang Hwan-bin, Head of Korea Microsoft Division; Kim Jeong-ho, Executive Director of Korea IBM; Jung Chan-wook, Executive Director of Deloitte Consulting Korea; Jang Ho-seok, CEO of Studio Lennon; Lee Jong-bok, CEO of ITCEN InfoU; Seo Sang-duk, CEO of S2W; Kim Sung-woo, CEO of DHX; Choi Jae-ho, CEO of McKay; and Ahn Se-jin, Partnership Lead at Notion. Innocean’s AI transformation strategy consists of three stages: ▲ the 'small start' strategy, which builds AI from small and practical areas ▲ the 'small success' strategy, which creates small success experiences based on the validated direction from the previous stage ▲ the 'smart scaling' strategy, which verifies new AI-centered business models that can be utilized in the market and expands to launching proprietary AI solutions.
Previously, Innocean established the '1st AI Alliance' last October together with Adobe Korea and others. The alliance created an environment where AI services could be immediately adopted by collaborating with various companies to expand practical AI use from small projects. Through this 2nd AI Alliance, Innocean plans to strengthen the collaboration foundation by sharing AI technologies and resources across more diverse areas.
Meanwhile, Innocean recently launched its self-developed AI solution 'AiINN.' AiINN is an AI solution that resolves inefficiencies in content creation and operation and improves internal and external work processes. It is a service that integrates the entire process from content planning to production, distribution, and performance analysis, maximizing efficiency in content-related tasks. The planning and development of AiINN involved various partner companies possessing AI content generation solutions, including Adobe Korea, which provides AI technology. All these companies participated in either the 1st or 2nd AI Alliance.
Innocean plans to gradually provide the AiINN service to clients with demand. CEO Lee Yong-woo of Innocean stated, "Through this AI Alliance, we will realize small success experiences and actively work to expand jointly developed AI services into the global marketing market." He added, "We will continue to provide optimized AI services that can offer practical help to client businesses."
