Using Smartphone App and Activity Tracker
The Jungbu Health Living Support Center in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do is recruiting participants for the customized adult health management service, 'Mobile Healthcare,' until the 25th.
Mobile Healthcare is a program that provides a 24-week customized health management service by public health center experts such as nurses, nutritionists, and exercise instructors using a smartphone app and an activity tracker.
The recruitment target is 50 people. Adults aged 19 or older who have not been diagnosed with chronic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes are eligible. Priority is given to those who have one or more health risk factors such as blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, waist circumference, triglycerides, or high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in the initial health screening results. Participation is restricted for those already diagnosed with a disease or currently taking related medications.
The program runs for a total of 24 weeks from May to November, and participants will be provided with a Bluetooth-connected activity tracker free of charge. Participants will receive systematic health management for 24 weeks, including ▲ health screening (blood and blood pressure tests and body measurements) ▲ customized health management services through the mobile app ▲ expert consultation and evaluation feedback ▲ provision of health information.
Those wishing to participate can apply by phone to the Jungbu Health Living Support Center in Siheung-si or through the QR code on the promotional materials. The public health center will guide the health screening schedule through individual contact and select participants based on the screening results.
