The training was conducted by a professional safety and health organization and covered topics such as the duties and roles of supervisors, key points of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, safety culture and leadership that managers should know, risk assessment, prevention and management of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases, protective measures for workers dealing with customers, and first aid for industrial accidents.

Kim Hwasook, director of Arim Daycare Center, who attended the training, said, "I am truly grateful for providing this legal training course on major accident prevention for industrial accident prevention," adding, "It reduced the burden of training costs and eliminated the need to travel outside, which greatly helped in operating the daycare center."

County Governor Ku Inmo stated, "This training was promoted as a new project by the county, listening to the voices from the field, and I hope it will provide practical help in preventing industrial accidents in the region," and added, "We will continue to do our best to make Geochang County a place where safe workplaces for residents are guaranteed."

Meanwhile, Geochang County is actively supporting private businesses by providing consulting on major accident prevention so that small and medium-sized businesses can independently establish safety and health management systems. The county plans to further accelerate the creation of a safe working environment through continuous training and support.
