First Full Meeting Held After Launch of 4th Term
Five New Experts Appointed in Administration, Welfare, Urban Environment, and Other Fields

The 4th Term Deobureo Eutteum Gwanak Innovation and Cooperation Committee Launch

Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) officially launched the 4th term of the district's highest advisory body, the 'Together Eutteum Gwanak Innovation and Cooperation Committee,' on the 9th and held its first full meeting of the year.


The 'Together Eutteum Gwanak Innovation and Cooperation Committee' is an advisory committee composed of 36 members, including the mayor, representatives from various sectors, external experts, and local residents, which integrates the expertise and creativity of the private sector into the district administration's direction and major policy deliberations to realize 'cooperative governance.'


Since the first term was formed in December 2018, the committee has held a total of 71 meetings and proposed 76 policies, working alongside the local community and district administration for regional and administrative development.


Before the meeting, the committee introduced new members. The 4th term committee newly appointed five experts from various fields such as ▲administration ▲welfare ▲urban environment ▲culture.


The district expects that the newly appointed experts with professionalism will play a key role in deeply discussing local policies and overall issues, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of public-private cooperation.


During the subsequent full meeting, in-depth opinions were exchanged starting with a report on the committee's operation status, aiming for sustainable regional development through strengthening the public-private cooperation system, including major district projects.


Mayor Park Jun-hee said, "We are focusing on strengthening the expertise and field experience of the Together Eutteum Gwanak Innovation and Cooperation Committee to reflect the voices of residents and experts in the major policy decision-making process," adding, "We will continue to faithfully fulfill our promises to the residents through the implementation of 'cooperative governance' together with the committee."
