Chungnam Development Corporation announced on the 11th that it will hold the 'CDC Innovation Idea Proposal Contest' from the 14th to May 23rd.
This contest is designed to actively incorporate the creative and practical ideas of Chungnam residents into management. Eligible participants include residents of Chungnam Province, students enrolled in the region, and employees of local companies.
The contest themes are ▲Management Innovation ▲ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Management ▲Customer Satisfaction Improvement Measures, and anyone can propose ideas that can make a practical contribution to the corporation's overall business operations.
Applications are to be submitted via email, and ideas selected as outstanding proposals through a review process will be actually reflected in the corporation's business promotion and management system improvements in the future.
President Kim Byeonggeun said, "Through this contest, we will further strengthen a management system in which residents directly participate and establish a foundation for the corporation's sustainable development," adding, "We look forward to your creative ideas and active participation."
