Aiming to Enhance Work Efficiency and Improve Organizational Culture
On the 10th, Asan City in Chungnam held the inauguration ceremony for the 3rd cohort of the civil servant innovation group at the Terminal Wedding Hall.
The innovation group is a gathering recommended by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety to improve organizational culture through creative ideas for work efficiency and communication between generations.
This year, a total of 82 members are participating in the innovation group, including 44 junior-year employees, 22 level-7 officials, and 16 level-6 officials.
They will propose ideas for improving work procedures, revitalizing knowledge administration, enhancing relationships among members, and innovating workspaces, taking a leading role in improving the organizational culture.
Mayor Oh Sehyun said, "Innovation starts not with grand slogans, but with the mindset of not overlooking small inconveniences and the attitude of making today better than yesterday," adding, "I will always listen and stand with you so that your challenges and participation receive unwavering support and your opinions are actively reflected."
