Reducing the Burden on Young Entrepreneurs
and Improving Business Environments
Goryeong County, North Gyeongsang Province (Governor Namcheol Lee), is accepting applications for the 'Youth Startup Space Remodeling Support Project' for 15 days, from the 10th to April 24th.
The Youth Startup Space Remodeling Support Project is designed to alleviate the financial burden on young entrepreneurs and improve their business environments by providing up to 5 million KRW in support for store remodeling costs.
Eligible applicants are young people aged 18 to 45 who either reside in or plan to reside in Goryeong County and are either early-stage youth entrepreneurs (within 3 years of business operation) or prospective entrepreneurs operating a business within Goryeong County. The eligibility criteria have been minimized to allow passionate youth living outside the county to apply and start a business anywhere in the Goryeong area.
To apply, applicants should refer to the announcement on the Goryeong County Office website, prepare the application form and supporting documents, and submit them in person to the Youth Policy Team at the Population Policy Office of Goryeong County Office.
Governor Namcheol Lee stated, "Through this project, I hope that talented local youth and early-stage entrepreneurs who wish to start businesses will grow into successful models of youth entrepreneurship unique to Goryeong County," and added, "We will do our best to create an environment where young people can settle and remain in the region stably."
