Eastar Air Expands Pre-Order In-Flight Meals with Halal and Vegetarian Options

Eastar Jet announced on the 11th that it has launched pre-order in-flight meals for vegetarians and Halal convenient meals.

There are three types: pre-order in-flight meals and convenient meals including Rag? Meatball Penne Pasta, Hogi Sandwich, and Chicken-flavored Halal Ramen.

The Rag? Meatball Penne Pasta uses plant-based meat substitutes to capture both taste and texture. The Hogi Sandwich contains carrot r?p? and various vegetables inside Hogi bread. The Chicken-flavored Halal Ramen is a cup ramen released to reflect the religious characteristics of Kazakhstan, where Eastar Jet newly launched flights on the 7th.

Eastar Jet's pre-order in-flight meals can be ordered through the website and reservation center up to 72 hours before international departures.

An Eastar Jet representative said, "To provide a wider range of meal options in line with the launch of flights to Almaty, Kazakhstan, we introduced pre-order in-flight meals for vegetarians and Halal convenient meals," adding, "We will continue to develop in-flight meals that reflect diverse customer preferences."
