On the 10th, Sleepy stated through his social media (SNS), "The police dismissed the billion-won breach of trust accusation filed against me by my former agency (TS Entertainment) last November last month."

He continued, "I won the civil lawsuit that lasted five years up to the Supreme Court in September last year. However, the former agency has been making baseless claims and continuously engaging in malicious acts by filing criminal charges."

He said, "As the head of a family, I have concluded that I can no longer overlook such actions by my former agency to protect my family. Therefore, I plan to sue the former agency for false accusation and hold them legally accountable."

Sleepy emphasized, "Although a long legal battle may continue again, I hope that no one, including myself, will suffer any injustice anymore."

In April 2019, Sleepy filed a civil lawsuit at the Seoul Western District Court against TS Entertainment to confirm the non-existence of the exclusive contract's effect. Subsequently, TS Entertainment filed a lawsuit claiming damages of about 280 million won for breach of exclusive contract, alleging that Sleepy concealed part of his broadcasting appearance fees and advertising income through SNS promotions from the agency. However, TS Entertainment lost both the first and second trials, and in September, the Supreme Court dismissed the plaintiff's appeal, resulting in Sleepy's final victory.

However, legal disputes flared up again when TS Entertainment filed a criminal complaint against Sleepy for breach of trust in November last year.
