The gross profit in 2024 was 21.2 billion KRW, down 103.4 billion KRW from 124.6 billion KRW a year earlier. Meanwhile, selling and administrative expenses rose by 15.1% to 88.5 billion KRW during the same period, plunging the company into the red. It recorded sales of 260.5 billion KRW and operating profit of 2.3 billion KRW in 2024, down 41.5% and 86.2%, respectively, compared to the previous year. Construction sales shrank by 61.7%, from 311.5 billion KRW in 2023 to 118.8 billion KRW in 2024, contracting its scale.
