POSCO E&C will launch sales of 'The Sharp Dangri Centriche' in Dangri-dong, Saha-gu, Busan, in April. This complex, located near Dangri Station on Busan Metro Line 1, is the first 'The Sharp' brand apartment to be supplied in Saha-gu.
The complex consists of 8 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. Out of a total of 821 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, 358 units are available for general sale. The supply types are composed of ▲59㎡A 124 units ▲73㎡B 121 units ▲84㎡C 112 units ▲84㎡D 1 unit.
Saha-gu, where the complex is located, is considered the central axis of development in the western Busan area. It is attracting development benefits such as the nation's largest offshore wind farm, the Western Busan Smart Valley project, and the planned Western Busan Medical Center. Busan City is also conducting urban renewal projects along this area. There are 12 redevelopment and reconstruction zones between Daeti Station and Hadan Station. Transportation conditions are continuously improving. In addition to the existing Busan Line 1, the Sasang-Hadan Line (scheduled to open in 2026), Hadan-Noksan Line (2029), and express railway BuTX (2029) are planned.
The educational environment is well distributed with elementary, middle, and high schools such as Nakdong Elementary School, Dangri Middle School, Saha Middle School, Busan Girls' High School, and Busan Science High School. Dong-A University is also located nearby. Convenience facilities such as Dangri Market, Hadan Oil Permanent Market, CGV, and Saha-gu Office are close, and natural environments like Seunghaksan Mountain and Nakdong River are adjacent.
'The Sharp Dangri Centriche' is the first Saha-gu complex to apply POSCO E&C's brand 'The Sharp.' The complex features a south-facing 4-bay layout design with wide dining areas and expanded service spaces to enhance space utilization. Community facilities such as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, and edu lounge will be established. Antibacterial yellow soil ducts for indoor air quality management, the smart home system 'IQ Tech,' and a triple security system will also be introduced.
'The Sharp Dangri Centriche' is eligible for benefits under Busan City's childbirth promotion policy, the 'I·Mom Busan Plan.' Newlyweds and multi-child households applying for special supply will receive a 5% discount on the sale price at the time of final payment. A POSCO E&C official said, "As the first 'The Sharp' complex in the area, it is receiving high interest," adding, "We plan to develop it as a landmark complex through high-quality construction and resident-centered design."
The model house will be set up in the Saha-gu area of Busan and is scheduled to open in April.
