Recruitment for CJ Gloventures 3rd Cohort Open Until the 17th
Eight Selected Teams to Receive Acceleration from Alchemist in the U.S.
CJ announced on the 10th that it is recruiting for the global open innovation program 'CJ Gloventures 3rd Cohort.'
The 3rd cohort program will be directly conducted by Alchemist, a Silicon Valley-based global accelerator specializing in business-to-business (B2B) startups, with the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (Gyeonggi CCEI) participating as a co-host.
CJ will oversee the entire program from startup discovery to selection and global acceleration, and plans to review business linkage and investment for outstanding performing companies.
Any startup planning to enter the U.S. market with a differentiated business model and technological capability can apply for CJ Gloventures. Additionally, startups that have been selected and completed the CJ startup nurturing program, Obentures, which is invested in by CJ Group and Gyeonggi CCEI, will be exempt from the first document screening if they pass the basic requirements.
This CJ Gloventures program will measure key performance indicators (KPIs) of the capacity-building programs and mentoring processes conducted by Alchemist to enable practical global scale-up of promising startups. The top 3 teams with outstanding performance will have the opportunity to participate in the Silicon Valley-based Immersion Week, where they can directly meet global partners and investors.
Startups wishing to participate can apply through the domestic startup event platform, Eventus, by the 17th. After document and interview screening, a total of 8 teams will be selected on May 23. Among them, the top 3 teams with outstanding performance will receive support funds to participate in the SV Immersion Week.
