Wellkeeps Group Moves into New Office at Godeok Biz Valley Wellkeeps Tower

Wellkips Group (Chairman Park Jong-han) is maximizing synergy effects among its affiliates and accelerating the securing of new growth engines through the relocation to the new headquarters, Wellkips Tower, in Godeok Biz Valley.

Wellkips Group announced on the 10th that it has completed the relocation of its headquarters to Wellkips Tower, the new building in Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. This comes five years after selling its office near Olympic Park in Songpa-gu in 2020. As the group has grown to encompass 17 affiliates due to comprehensive business expansion, the need for a headquarters where employees scattered across various locations could gather and unite had been raised, resulting in Wellkips Tower.

Wellkips Group expects that by having its affiliates move in, it will strengthen collaboration and communication, entering a trajectory of overall sales growth through ▲establishing management efficiency ▲building a rational human resources system ▲expanding market dominance. In particular, having successfully diversified its business by incorporating valuable companies as subsidiaries through active mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the group announced plans to embark on full-scale expansion.

Alongside its existing businesses, Wellkips Group plans to reorganize with a focus on food, quasi-drugs, and cosmetics. It is expected to highlight the group’s priorities through 'Sodip BN&F,' which achieved a quantum leap as a comprehensive food specialist company; 'Wellkips Consumerble,' which transformed into a household goods specialist company; and 'SUR Korea,' a cosmetics manufacturing specialist company undergoing reorganization with a newly appointed CEO.

Wellkips Group is proving its marketability not as individual companies but as a group. Its holding company, Wellkips Holdings, was recognized for its value as a group by receiving the Minister of Employment and Labor Award at the '2024 Future Creative Management Excellence Awards' ceremony last December.

Chairman Park Jong-han of Wellkips Group said, "We expect that the relocation to the new headquarters will further solidify Wellkips Group’s business, and I am confident that more substantial operations will accelerate the expansion of our business scope. As this marks the starting signal for the infinite value growth of Wellkips Group, which is growing and leaping beyond Korea into the global market, we will do our best to ensure that all areas improve to a higher standard by compensating for lagging businesses and aggressively expanding leading areas based on a solid and efficient management system."
