On the morning of the 7th, ahead of the 11th anniversary of the Sewol ferry disaster, yellow ribbons and pinwheels were installed in the flower beds at the Gwangju Buk-gu District Office plaza. Employees from the Human Rights Education Department of Buk-gu District Office personally took part in the installation. Buk-gu plans to observe a memorial week until the 16th.
