According to Seo-gu, the purpose of this training was to strengthen the ability of care-related workers to adapt to the rapidly changing digital environment, and to provide a warm and safe care environment for children and adolescents.

The lecture on generative AI utilization focused on practical exercises, including how to apply generative AI technology to care work and how to use 'ChatGPT'.

The subsequent children's rights education covered in-depth topics such as understanding and responding to threatening environments faced by children and adolescents, including deepfake crimes, which have recently become a major social issue.

Kim Ikang, Mayor of Seo-gu District, stated, "As new technologies such as AI are rapidly permeating the care field, it is more important than ever for workers to possess both proper digital tool usage skills and sensitivity to child protection. Through this training, Seo-gu will continue to strive to ensure that children receive care in a safer and more respectful environment."
