NH Investment & Securities Signs Business Agreement on 'Stock-Linked Compensation' with Quantalab

NH Investment & Securities announced on the 9th that it has signed a comprehensive business agreement with Quantalab Inc. (hereinafter Quantalab) for cooperation in the stock compensation system business.

The signing ceremony took place the previous day at NH Investment & Securities headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, with attendance from executives including Yoon Byung-woon, CEO of NH Investment & Securities, and Choi Dong-hyun, CEO of Quantalab.


Through this business agreement with Quantalab, NH Investment & Securities plans to provide a comprehensive solution service for stock-linked compensation systems. Quantalab currently offers stock-linked compensation system management services to over 23,000 companies across 11 countries including Korea and Australia. As a financial information solution company operating the number one venture capital market infrastructure in Korea, Quantalab provides financial information solutions to companies, investors (GP), and limited partners (LP). NH Investment & Securities, through the solution partnered with Quantalab, plans to offer comprehensive consulting on various stock-linked compensation systems such as stock options, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), as well as widely used overseas systems like employee stock purchase plans (ESPP), restricted stock units (RSU), and restricted stock awards (RSA).


Companies using NH Investment & Securities’ comprehensive solution will be able to utilize Quantalab’s systematic and convenient stock compensation system management services, and employees of those companies will be able to easily check the status and exercise their stock-linked compensation rights through NH Investment & Securities’ Mobile Trading System (MTS).
