LH Achieves Highest Grade in Subsidiary Management Evaluation

Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 9th that it received the highest A grade in last year's evaluation of public institution subsidiaries' operational status, conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

This evaluation is conducted annually for public institutions that have established subsidiaries in accordance with the government's policy to convert non-regular workers in the public sector to regular positions. This year, 92 institutions were evaluated. The assessment covers four areas: the stability and sustainability foundation of subsidiaries, desirable parent-subsidiary relationships, treatment of subsidiary workers, and efforts and support in subsidiary operations.

In 2018, LH established subsidiaries such as LH E&S, which handles facility management, cleaning, and security, and LH Jugeowelfare Information, which manages housing welfare call centers and customer consultation outsourcing. Last year, LH clarified the basis for establishing subsidiaries and outsourcing businesses in its articles of incorporation and established reasonable dividend standards. It also received excellent evaluations for raising allowances and enhancing welfare benefits. LH President Lee Han-jun stated, "We will continue to maintain a partnership-based cooperative relationship to achieve mutual growth."
