Royal Park City is the largest private urban development project in Korea, developed by DK Asia in Seo-gu, Incheon. It consists of a total of 36,500 households and covers an area of 1,234,000 pyeong. It is Korea's first high-end city combining urban and resort elements.
Last year, the first phase complex with 4,805 households was completed, and the second phase complex (1,500 households) was supplied using the pre-construction and post-sale method for the first time in Incheon. In particular, the second phase complex received recognition for differentiating itself from conventional urban development methods by constructing infrastructure such as parks and sports facilities first.
