Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Promotes 'Cloud Native Transition'... Secures 4.8 Billion KRW in National Funding

Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has been selected for the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's '2025 Public Sector Cloud Native Transition Construction' contest project, securing 4.8 billion KRW in project funds.


This project is being promoted to improve work efficiency and the quality of public services through the cloud-based transition of public information systems.


Cloud native construction is a national strategic project that transforms the existing information and communication technology (IT) environment to the highest level of cloud maturity, maximizing the advantages of the cloud and enhancing the flexibility and agility of information services. Through this, stable and rapid online service provision becomes possible.

Through this project, the foundation is expected to reduce management costs for the representative job platform and cloud infrastructure, while significantly improving work efficiency, system scalability, and security.


Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, said, "This project is an achievement that recognizes the importance of digital innovation promoted by the foundation," adding, "We will continue to do our best to build digital-based job services that residents can use more easily and quickly."
