Busan Regional Public Procurement Service (Director Shin Bongjae) visited Buil Remicon, a ready-mixed concrete and asphalt concrete manufacturing company located in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, on the 8th.

During the visit, the team checked the supply status of government-procured materials in preparation for the busy spring construction season and listened to on-site difficulties faced by the ready-mixed concrete and asphalt concrete industries, as well as opinions on improving contract systems.

The annual procurement scale for these two government-supplied materials amounts to 2.8 trillion KRW for ready-mixed concrete and 2.3 trillion KRW for asphalt concrete. Since their impact on construction sites and public safety is significant, timely supply and quality assurance are of utmost importance.

Director Shin emphasized, "Ready-mixed concrete and asphalt concrete are the most fundamental building materials at construction sites. Please do your best on site to ensure that high-quality products can be supplied in a timely manner."
