Gwangju KEF Promotes Win-Win Agreement for Sharing Environmental Management Information

Gwangju Employers Federation (Chairman Yang Jinseok, Chairman of Howon Co., Ltd. and Happiness CC) announced on the 8th that it will sign various win-win business agreements with different organizations to share information related to environmental management, provide training, and promote business activities.


The Gwangju Employers Federation will sign a business agreement with the Yeongsangang River Basin Environmental Office on the 11th. The purpose of this agreement is to contribute to solving local environmental issues and achieving sustainable development, including ▲ supporting and educating companies on ESG management ▲ sharing information on environmental laws and policies ▲ jointly researching and seeking solutions for regional environmental issues ▲ co-hosting environmental events and campaigns ▲ fostering talent in the environmental sector and seeking ways to support employment.


On the 18th, a business agreement will be signed with the Gwangju Regional Headquarters of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. The aim is to establish a mutually cooperative system necessary to support the spread of skilled technology among employees of small and medium-sized enterprises and within the region, and to fulfill social responsibilities as related organizations in the area. The agreement includes ▲ supporting job creation in Gwangju and strengthening the capabilities of current employees ▲ providing material and human infrastructure for the 60th National Skills Competition in Gwangju ▲ expanding business promotion and networking among organizations.


Yang Jinseok, Chairman of the Gwangju Employers Federation, said, "Cooperation in the fields of sustainable regional growth, ESG management, environmental sectors, job creation, and business promotion is essential," and added, "We will actively support mutual growth through various joint projects with multiple organizations."
