On the 8th, Ryuten Technologies (hereinafter Ryuten), an AI service platform company approaching its 4th anniversary, announced that it will enable personalized one person, one AI through its 'AI Supporter,' which provides optimized services for each individual.

Ryuten held a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul on the same day and unveiled the blueprint for 'Ryuten 3.0.' With the motto of popularizing AI, Ryuten offers various services such as AI chat, search, and character chat free of charge so that anyone can easily and conveniently use AI in daily life.

At the end of last month, Ryuten completed a Series B investment round worth 108 billion KRW, bringing the total accumulated investment to 130 billion KRW. Following the achievement of 1 billion KRW in monthly sales centered on the character chat service in November last year, the company recorded 2 billion KRW in December, maintaining a steady growth trend.

Se-young Lee, CEO of Ryuten, expressed his ambition, saying, "In 2025, we will surpass 10 million monthly active users and evolve into a lifestyle AI closely integrated into the lives of all 50 million people in South Korea."

Dong-jae Lee, Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Ryuten, reviewed the company's achievements over the past four years and introduced the new corporate vision and business direction centered on the upcoming release of Ryuten 3.0 scheduled for the end of this month.

He stated, "We will evolve from the existing 'generative AI,' which was productivity-focused and had high entry barriers, to 'lifestyle AI' that anyone can easily and enjoyably use in their daily lives."

Sung-won Je, Head of Ryuten Companion Service, said, "We will distribute 50 million AIs tailored to each of the 50 million people in our nation." The AI Supporter, the core of the new Ryuten 3.0 service, differentiates itself from the somewhat difficult and unfamiliar concept of AI agents for the general public.

The AI Supporter combines optimized speech styles, information, and long-term memory for each user to induce emotional interaction. It sometimes initiates conversations and provides newsletters on topics of interest to the user.

Hye-jin Gong, Head of Ryuten Ad Business, announced the benefits feature of Ryuten 3.0, which goes beyond productivity enhancement to offer users profit rewards. Users can earn cash by checking attendance, viewing advertisements, using various AI tools, or following social networking services (SNS).

Gong explained, "We will offer higher returns compared to other companies," adding, "Ryuten Cash can be used like cash at convenience stores." The plan is to expand the use of cash earned by completing missions during AI usage to account linking, check cards, and commerce connections in the future.
