Samsung Electronics announced on the 8th that it has updated the Galaxy S25 series with a real-time visual artificial intelligence (AI) feature.
With this, Galaxy S25 series users can show their surroundings or objects directly to the camera and ask questions, receiving answers in real time instead of explaining to the AI. Samsung Electronics utilized a technology called 'multimodal,' which enables natural interaction between humans and AI, in this update.
The usage is simple. Press and hold the AI button on the side of the Galaxy S25, activate the 'Real-time Screen Sharing' feature of Gemini Live, and naturally converse by voice while showing the surroundings through the camera.
For example, if you need to go out but have difficulty choosing an outfit or want to organize a messy wardrobe, just turn on the camera and point it at the wardrobe. Gemini will recommend outfits considering today's weather or suggest ways to efficiently organize the wardrobe.
The Gemini application will be updated sequentially, and Galaxy S25 series users can use the real-time screen sharing feature free of charge.
