In the women's golf weekly world rankings announced on the 7th (local time), she earned 2.60 points, jumping an impressive 40 spots from 67th place last week. She accumulated points by winning the LPGA Tour T-Mobile Match Play (total prize money $2 million) held the previous day at Shadow Creek Golf Course (par 72, 6,765 yards) in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. This is her second tour victory in 5 years and 3 months since winning the Gainbridge LPGA in January 2020, with a winner's prize of $300,000 (approximately 440 million KRW).


Nelly Korda (USA) maintained her number 1 position as usual. Jin Young Ko (South Korea), Lydia Ko (New Zealand), Lilia Vu (USA), and Hannah Green (Australia) held their spots from 2nd to 5th place. Lauren Coughlin (USA), who finished runner-up at the T-Mobile Match Play, rose 5 places to 12th. For South Korea, Yoo Hae-ran is 10th, Ko Jin-young 11th, Kim Hyo-joo 13th, Yang Hee-young 16th, Yoon In-na 23rd, Kim A-rim 28th, and Shin Ji-ae is in 31st place. Lee Ye-won, the winner of the domestic season opener Doosan We’ve Championship, climbed 10 spots to 43rd place compared to last week.
