From the 9th to the 14th
The Presidential Archives of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 7th that it will conduct on-site inspections of presidential records production agencies for the transfer of the '20th Presidential Records.'
The inspection period is from the 9th to the 14th, and the inspection targets include a total of 28 agencies such as advisory bodies, security agencies, and support organizations under the Presidential Records Act. This inspection is a follow-up measure to the 'Request for Cooperation in the Transfer of the 20th Presidential Records' issued by official letter on the 4th.
During the on-site inspection, compliance with the official letter's contents, such as prohibition of movement or reclassification of presidential records, will be checked, along with the quantity and organization status of transferred records by type, including electronic and non-electronic records. Additionally, training for personnel responsible for record transfer will be conducted, and the demand for support items such as organizing supplies for each production agency will be assessed.
The Presidential Archives stated, "Through on-site inspections of presidential records production agencies, we plan to transfer the 20th presidential records smoothly without any issues."
