Korea National Oil Corporation (President Kim Dongseob) is strengthening its digital capabilities in partnership with global IT company Cisco to enhance its global competitiveness as an energy enterprise.
On the 4th, Korea National Oil Corporation signed a 'Business Agreement for Digital Transformation' with Cisco Korea (CEO Choi Jihui) at the ASEM Tower in Seoul.

Cisco is the world's leading company in network equipment, supporting the digital transformation of oil, finance, aviation, and logistics companies across the globe, and has led digital innovation in various industries worldwide. Korea National Oil Corporation plans to collaborate on the company-wide adoption of Cisco's next-generation digital technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud solutions.
In addition, according to the agreement, Korea National Oil Corporation and Cisco will promote cooperation in various fields, including: ▲development of business environment architecture ▲development of smart solutions for on-site safety management ▲enhancement of IT services for stronger security ▲improvement of the digital work environment.
In particular, through this agreement, Korea National Oil Corporation will accelerate its company-wide digital transformation by sharing Cisco's AI adoption and success cases with global companies, and by collaborating on the development and pilot projects of next-generation network solutions for domestic and international business sites.
