Cooperation for Discovering Applicable New Technologies and Items
Chungnam Institute will conduct research to establish strategies for revitalizing and commercializing region-based cultural content.
The institute announced on the 7th that it had signed an agreement with the Chungnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency to share research directions and cooperation plans for this initiative.
The two organizations will analyze major trends and issues in the cultural content industry, discover new technologies and items applicable to Chungnam, and study the development of cultural content and the creation of specialized hubs reflecting the characteristics of the province and its cities and counties.
The research will continue until the end of this year, and to produce results, advisory meetings and joint seminars will be held, followed by analysis of best practices and surveys of cultural industry professionals.
Director Jeon Heekyung stated, "The brand differentiation of the overall cultural industry will greatly influence regional development and the quality of life of residents," adding, "We hope this research will help establish strategies that harmoniously connect the region's culture, history, and industry."
