At the briefing, presided over by Masanhappo-gu Chief Park Dongjin, the first quarter performance by department was reviewed, and measures to improve rapid execution results were discussed. In particular, projects with low first quarter performance were intensively examined, detailed monthly plans for the second quarter were discussed, and systematic management of facility project designs and schedules by process was emphasized.

Since the beginning of the year, Masanhappo-gu has been reviewing the progress and execution status of major projects at weekly executive meetings, strengthening inter-departmental collaboration, and actively utilizing special rapid execution provisions to achieve its goals. In addition, the district plans to further strengthen rapid execution in the second quarter to exceed its first half targets through thorough preparation.
