The InnoBiz Association announced on the 7th that it is recruiting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to participate in the '2025 SME Smart Service Support Project.'
The 'Smart Service Support Project' has been led by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups since 2020. It integrates advanced information and communication technologies (ICT) such as big data and artificial intelligence (AI) into the service industry to enhance work productivity and customer service quality, and supports the creation of new business models.

The support types are divided into three categories: ▲new solution implementation ▲solution advancement ▲shared solution implementation. Up to 50 million KRW will be provided to 110 companies adopting new solutions, and up to 100 million KRW to 25 companies advancing existing systems. The 'shared solution implementation' type, piloted this year, will select a total of 8 projects, with up to 250 million KRW supported per project.
Applications must be submitted by a consortium formed between SMEs in the service sector seeking digital transformation (demand companies) and solution providers with the capability to build smart solutions.
An official from the InnoBiz Association stated, "We hope to secure digital competitiveness through collaboration with solution companies and create new customer-centric value."
