The Gwangju Employers Federation (Chairman Yang Jinseok, Chairman of Howon Co., Ltd. and Happiness CC) announced on the 7th that it has published and distributed a newsletter for its members to enhance systematic member management (CRM) and increase member service satisfaction, including strengthening the competitiveness of member companies and expanding support to improve the business environment.
The Gwangju Employers Federation is an economic organization established to promote industrial peace and regional economic development by fostering rational business management, sound labor movements, and establishing a cooperative system between labor and management through adjustment, support, and partnerships regarding labor relations for employers in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions (Naju, Damyang, Jangseong, Hampyeong, Yeonggwang, Hwasun, Gokseong, Gurye).
The main contents of the newsletter and its projects include: ▲Support for resolving management difficulties ▲Support for improving labor-management relations ▲Support for improving industrial safety ▲Joint safety manager consulting support ▲Support for expanding human networks ▲Support for education and training such as the Friday Breakfast Forum ▲Other projects such as financial support for member companies and support for resolving recruitment difficulties.
Chairman Yang Jinseok said, "Through the Friday Breakfast Forum, which has been running for 35 years, the HR and labor management council, and various meetings with heads of related organizations, we have been able to deliver prompt and accurate information to help member companies overcome difficult times," adding, "Along with the various projects we have promoted so far, we will focus on supporting joint safety manager consulting and operating the Comprehensive Response Center for Serious Accidents, taking the lead in preventing serious accidents and industrial safety, and actively supporting the establishment of safe workplaces within member companies."
