In particular, companies wishing to participate in an independent pavilion must have previously participated in the Jeonbuk joint pavilion or have won a CES Innovation Award within the last two years.
The province plans to select approximately six companies for the Jeonbuk joint pavilion and one company for an independent pavilion through this recruitment, and will provide customized support based on each company's exhibition capabilities and international experience.
For companies participating in the joint pavilion, support will be provided for booth rental and setup costs, airfare and accommodation (up to 4 million KRW), interpretation fees, and logistics costs. For independent pavilion participants, 90% of booth and setup costs (with a 10% self-payment), airfare, accommodation, and interpretation fees will be supported in the same manner.
Additionally, English consulting and application fees for the 'CES Innovation Award' presented by the exhibition organizer CTA will be supported, and companies that win the Innovation Award will receive up to an additional 2 million KRW in airfare support to further incentivize participation.
Meanwhile, through participation in CES 2025, the province supported a total of nine companies, achieving tangible results such as $9.33 million in consultation outcomes, selection for USA TODAY's 'CES Top 50', and signing MOUs with companies active in Africa.
Applications can be submitted online through the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province R&D Integrated Information System until the 25th. For more details, refer to the business announcement section on the Jeonbuk Technopark website.
