Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 6th that it held a "Planting My Life Tree" event on the 4th near the corporation's office green area, with employees participating in celebration of the 80th Arbor Day.
At the event, Lee Hak-jae, president of the corporation, and about 230 employees planted a total of 232 trees, including 116 Ipop trees and 116 Zelkova trees. Nameplates written by employees were installed in front of the trees to add significance.
This weekend, employees and their families will also participate together to continue the "Life Tree" planting event.

This event is part of the "Healthy Organizational Culture Creation Program" emphasized by President Lee. In addition to this tree planting event, the corporation is conducting various programs to activate internal communication and enhance employees' pride, such as inter-departmental collaboration workshops, company-wide reading challenges, and activities to strengthen company-wide skinship.
President Lee said, "I hope the trees planted this time will grow together with the employees and become 'Life Trees' that support their lives," adding, "We plan to expand various organizational culture programs to create a 'workplace where employees want to come to work,' where they can design and nurture their dreams."
